WPC decking profile manufacturing process

WPC decking productioin line can make different WPC product by changing die, such as WPC profile, WPC fence, WPC column etc.

WPC decking extrusion line is composed of mixer unit, WPC pelletizing line, SJSZ 65/132 double screw extruder with decking mould, vacuum cooling table, cutter, stacker, embossing machine, WPC brushing and sanding machine, crusher, wood powder machine.

The following is the manufactuing process:

1. Mixing
