Eans team is pleased to share an exciting project update from the United States: an EANS WPC profile production project has been successfully put into operation, with the customer now producing exterior WPC decking, wall cladding, fencing, columns, and accessories at their own facility.
The project included three sets of WPC decking making machine, developed around the customer’s material formulation and product requirements.

During the project, the customer chose rice husk and rice corn stalks as the main filler material for WPC profile production. For a PE WPC decking production line, the main production advantages come from the combination of polyethylene (PE) resin and wood fiber/flour, which creates boards with improved durability, processing flexibility, and outdoor performance. Compared with projects using wood flour, a rice husk-based formulation requires the extrusion process and production parameters to be matched to the customer’s specific material characteristics.
The customer also planned to manufacture several WPC profiles, not just decking. Based on this requirement, EANS customized the production solution and molds for different applications, including WPC decking, wall panels, and fence boards.
This allowed the WPC profile production line to support a broader product range while matching the customer’s actual production plans.

These photos were shared by our U.S. customer, showing the WPC decking making machines running during production.
After the equipment was completed, tested, and delivered, EANS provided installation and commissioning support to help the customer put the lines into production.
The customer has now successfully started production and shared factory photos and production videos with EANS, showing the equipment in operation and the resulting WPC products.

After commissioning, the customer shared the production video with us, showing the WPC decking making machines running in daily production.
Every WPC project can involve different raw materials, formulations, product designs, and market requirements. At EANS, we develop extrusion solutions based on these actual production conditions rather than applying the same configuration to every project.
From WPC decking production line configuration and customized molds to installation support and after-sales service, EANS works closely with customers throughout the project to help turn their WPC production plans into stable manufacturing operations.
