First,improve the production speed.If the machine production speed is low,the weight of PVC wall panel is very heavy. If the extruder production speed is high,the panel weight is more light.
Second,it is more better to change a complete mould die.Now,many customers make panel and its weight around 2kg per panel(3m per panel) that is too much heavy.So,customer must change a mould.After changing a new mould,the weight of PVC wall panel is around 1.5kg per panel.If panel weight is 1.5kg per panel,customer will have competitive price in the market.
