WPC Decking Making Machine To India

Last month, Through the joint efforts of the Eans Team, the WPC decking making machine was delivered to India.

Before delivery, the customer inspected the WPC machine running in our factory, attached is the WPC board be made in our factory.

- The WPC decking production line is used to make outdoor WPC profiles, such as, WPC decking, WPC fences, WPC wall panels, WPC column, and so on.

- Extrusion molding is a method in which materials are continuously passed through a die in a flowing state by heating and pressurizing the extruder. By changing the mold, the machine can make the WPC boards with different sections and sizes. 

- By changing the screw and barrel, This machine can manufacture indoor WPC board, such as, WPC door profile, PVC louver panel, WPC fluted wall panel, and so on.

- The surface of composite WPC board can be treated by an online/offline wood grain embossing machine and sanding brushing machine, which can make a wooden design on the surface.
