WPC decking embossing machine:
This machine is applied to emboss wood grain pattern on the surface of WPC profiles, board,wood boardand so on.
It makes wood grain design on WPC surface by hot pressing embossing. It suitable for WPC profiles with Max width 400mmand various common thickness.
The embossing machine composed of machine frame, top heating device, temperature controller, top embossing roller, control box,up and down etc.
The embossing speed is adjustable by variable frequency inverter.
The embossing roller temperature controlled by intelligent temperature controller
