A PVC pipe making machine is a complete extrusion system used to manufacture various PVC pipes, including PVC water supply pipes, drainage pipes, electrical conduit pipes, pressure pipes, and agricultural irrigation pipes. The production line converts PVC resin and additives into high-quality pipes through mixing, extrusion, forming, cooling, hauling, and cutting processes.
EANS PVC pipe making machine adopts advanced extrusion technology with optimized screw design, precise temperature control, and reliable auxiliary equipment to ensure stable production, excellent pipe quality, and efficient operation.

2. Extrusion: The mixed PVC material is fed into the extruder, where controlled heating, conveying, and plasticization transform the compound into a uniform PVC melt.
3. Die Forming: The plasticized PVC melt passes through the extrusion die, which forms the initial pipe shape and determines the pipe diameter and wall thickness.
4. Vacuum Calibration: The formed PVC pipe enters the vacuum calibration tank, where vacuum sizing and cooling stabilize the pipe diameter, roundness, and dimensional accuracy.
5. Cooling: The calibrated PVC pipe is continuously cooled through water circulation or spray cooling to solidify the material and maintain its required dimensions.
6. Haul-Off: The haul-off machine continuously pulls the cooled pipe at a controlled speed, ensuring stable extrusion and consistent pipe dimensions during production.
7. Cutting: The cutting machine cuts the continuously extruded PVC pipe into preset lengths according to the required pipe specifications.
8. Stacking and Inspection: The finished PVC pipes are automatically transferred and neatly stacked by the stacking unit, making them easier to collect, inspect, and package.
1. Raw Material Selection & Formulation: The quality of PVC pipes depends on proper material selection and accurate formulation. PVC resin, calcium carbonate, stabilizers, lubricants, and other additives must be precisely mixed to achieve good processing performance, mechanical strength, and long-term durability.
2. Stable Extrusion Process: A high-performance extruder ensures uniform plasticization, stable melt pressure, and continuous production. Proper temperature control and screw design help produce pipes with consistent quality and smooth surfaces.
3. Quality Control and Machine Configuration: Selecting the right PVC pipe making machine configuration, including extruder model, die design, calibration system, and auxiliary equipment, is important for achieving the required output capacity and product specifications.
