Description

PVC corner production line is used to make the edge trim corners, like U shapes, L shapes, H shapes, and other customized shapes.
PVC corners is made from PVC resin and calcium carbonate as the base material, with the addition of anti-aging agents, modifiers, and other additives, through processes such as mixing, calendering, and vacuum forming.
PVC corner trims is necessary part during the installation of PVC wall panels, PVC ceiling tiles, etc. The material is lightweight, easy to install, waterproof, moisture-proof, and insect-proof. It is a green, pollution-free, and recyclable building material.
To check the rigidity of the PVC corners, pinch the stem firmly. If it doesn't break, the corners have good rigidity. Also, pinch the end of the corners with your fingernail; if it doesn't crack, the corners is of excellent quality.

3. Double Out Mold: adopt high-quality die steel, combined with a synchronous coating device, EANS machine develop a mold that can produce two different profiles simultaneously, help customers to save the costs.
4. Double Out Cooling Machine:vacuum shaping with multi-stage temperature-controlled cooling, the cooling rate is precisely controlled to avoid deformation and internal stress, ensuring stable cross-sectional shape and clear lines
5. Double out lamination machine: enable simultaneous lamination of decorative layers such as metal films and wood grain films with the substrate, resulting in strong adhesion and realistic textures.
6. Double out traction and Cutting machine: Special rubber traction wheel sets leave no indentations on the surface; equipped with a highly stable pneumatic cutting unit, the length is precise, the cut is smooth, and the operation is quiet, adapting to continuous production rhythms.
