Two-step WPC decking making machine includes: mixing raw materials according to a specific formula in a mixer to the required temperature, then cooling them to 40-50 °C in a cold mixer. Profile Extrusion: use high-quality bimetallic screws and barrels, their segmented structure and internal full-alloy sintering technology reduce corrosion of the screw by wood flour and other plant fibers, extending the service life of both the screw and barrel. First- and second-generation wood-plastic composite materials can be produced upon request..
4. Molding: made of high-quality alloy steel, improved extrusion efficiency, corrosion resistance, moisture resistance, insect resistance, high dimensional stability, and crack resistance.
5. Vacuum Calibration and Cooling: Controls profile dimensions and reduces deformation.
6. Embossing: emboss wood grain and other patterns onto the surface of the board in a one-to-one ratio, according to requirements.
7. Cutting and Stacking
Cuts finished decking to required lengths and collects boards.
