Home Product Auxiliary Machines Plastic Pipe Crusher Machine
A plastic pipe crusher machine is a heavy-duty industrial recycling machine used to reduce the size of various thermoplastic pipes. Unlike standard plastic crushers, it features a specialized horizontal or inclined feeding hopper that allows operators to feed whole, long pipes directly into the cutting chamber without manual pre-cutting. Using high-speed rotating blades and stationary counter-blades, the machine efficiently shears bulky waste pipes—including PVC, HDPE, PP, and PPR—into high-density plastic flakes or regrind. These crushed materials can be immediately reintroduced into the extrusion line or pelletizing system for closed-loop manufacturing.
EANS plastic pipe crusher machine reduces compatible waste plastic pipes into controlled-size flakes for washing, recycling, or pelletizing. Machine selection is based on pipe material, maximum diameter, wall thickness, feeding length, required output, and target flake size.

♦ Large-Diameter Pipe Processing Capability: Standard plastic pipe crushing and shredding machines can typically process pipes with diameters of up to 800–1200 mm, depending on the machine configuration and material characteristics.
For oversized plastic pipes, EANS can provide customized crushing solutions capable of handling diameters exceeding 1200 mm and, in specific applications, up to 2000 mm. The final processing capacity and machine configuration are determined according to pipe diameter, wall thickness, material, and required output size.
The EANS plastic pipe crusher machine is specially designed for crushing long pipes, hollow pipes , and thick-walled plastic pipes into smaller pieces for easier handling and further processing. It is suitable for PVC, PE, HDPE, PP, PPR, and UPVC pipes, as well as pipe production scrap and discarded plastic pipes. The machine combines efficient feeding, heavy-duty crushing, temperature control, and optional dust collection to provide stable pipe crushing performance for extrusion plants and plastic waste processing applications.
1. Long Pipe Feeding for Efficient Plastic Pipe Crushing
The EANS plastic pipe crusher machine features an extended horizontal or inclined feeding hopper designed for long plastic pipes. This allows operators to feed longer pipes more efficiently without repeatedly cutting them into short sections before crushing, reducing manual handling and improving the production workflow.
The optimized feeding and crushing chamber design also helps guide long, hollow and flexible pipes into the cutting area, improving feeding stability and reducing material rebound during operation. For larger or heavier pipes, an optional hydraulic feeding system can provide additional feeding force.
2. Heavy-Duty V-Type Rotor for Thick-Wall Pipes
The EANS Industrial plastic pipe crusher machine uses a heavy-duty V-type rotor designed to provide strong and stable cutting force for rigid plastic pipes. It is suitable for demanding materials such as thick-wall PVC, HDPE, PP and PPR pipes, which require higher cutting force during crushing.
The optimized rotor geometry and balanced flywheel structure improve material engagement and crushing stability, helping reduce material slipping and supporting continuous industrial operation.
3. Low-Noise Crushing with Dust Collection
Pipe crushing can generate noise and airborne plastic dust, particularly when processing hollow pipes and dry production scrap. The EANS pipe crusher adopts a reinforced machine structure and optimized crushing chamber to help reduce operating noise.
An optional cyclone dust collection system can capture dust generated during crushing and assist with material conveying and discharge, helping maintain a cleaner production environment.
Pipe Feeding → Shearing and Crushing → Particle Size Control → Material Discharge
1. Pipe Feeding: PVC, PE, HDPE, and PP pipes are fed into the hopper manually or by conveyor.
2. Shearing and Crushing:The high-speed rotor drives rotating blades that work with fixed blades to continuously shear and cut the pipe.
3. Particle Size Control:Crushed material remains inside the chamber until it becomes small enough to pass through the screen mesh.
4. Material Discharge: Uniform plastic flakes are discharged for storage, recycling, or further processing.
