Description

PVC corner bead production line are used to produce interior and exterior wall corner guards.
Using PVC corner beads can speed up construction, improve quality, maintain the aesthetics of wall corners, prevent corner cracking, and reduce the risk of damage.
PVC corner beads are made of environmentally friendly PVC materials. It is strong, tough, corrosion-resistant, impact-resistant, and has good adhesion. The edges and corners of corner beads are softened to reduce damage, better fit the wall surface, and enhance the corner's impact resistance.
PVC corner beads are made from online punching machine, the punched holes are flat and burr-free, allowing for better bonding with putty powder.
PVC corner beads can be integrated with fiberglass mesh fabric, effectively solving common problems such as unevenness, lack of dryness, and susceptibility to impact damage in both internal and external insulation. This significantly increases the impact resistance of wall corners.

PVC corner bead production line production process:
1. Extruder: Adopt a high-precision hardened gear reducer transmission, with the main drive using an ABB frequency converter, resulting in oil-free operation, low noise, and low power consumption. The extruder uses a conical twin-screw, eliminating the need for granulation and directly extruding PVC powder. The screw and barrel are made of high-strength nitrided alloy steel (38CrMoALA) or high-strength bimetallic screws, ensuring a long screw service life.
2. Mold: Six out, Six-cavity die, can make six pcs each time, resulting in high output, uniform product quality, and excellent performance.
3. Vacuum Cooling Table: A three-dimensional adjustable forming table with an effective length of 3 meters, adjustable vertically and horizontally. Multiple cooling and forming channels ensure fast speed and energy efficiency.
4. 2.5M Tractor Machine: Two independent motors drive the traction belt, allowing independent adjustment of the PVC corner beads traction speed. This makes operation and the PVC corner molding process more rational and stable, improving the product qualification rate.
5. Fully Automatic High-Speed Punching Machine (including cutting): This punching machine uses ABB frequency conversion speed regulation to synchronize with the extrusion speed. Positioned after the traction machine, the formed PVC corner beads are fed forward by the traction machine, punched, and then pneumatically cut and falls into the stacking rack. It enables continuous online punching, producing aesthetically pleasing and uniform holes.
6. Cutting Equipment: Utilizing pneumatic punching and cutting with alloy blades and an automatic meter counting device, the cutting length is adjustable.
7. Stacking: automatically palletizes multiple pieces into one stack, eliminating the need for manual material handling and reducing labor costs.
