PRODUCTION PROCESS OF PVC EDGE BANDING MAKING MACHINE FROM EANS

Two steps of PVC edge banding production process:
1. Materials prepare——PVC resin, stabilizer, pigment, and additives are weighed and mixed according to the formula.
2. Granulation—— The mixed materials are fed into a twin-screw compounding extruder, where they are fully plasticized and mixed before being cut into uniform granules.
3.Extrusion Shaping—— The granular material is fed into a single-screw edge sealing tape extruder and extruded into shape through a precision die.
4.Emboss—— The extruded edge banding tapes are pressed with wood grain or decorative textures using embossing rollers.
5.Cooling—— the PVC edge banding be fully cooled and shaped in the cooling system.
6.Primer coating - stronger adhesion to hot melt adhesive
7.Rewinding –The finished edge banding tapes are automatically rewound into a roll.
