1. Raw Material Drying —The rubber granules are first fed into a vacuum drying hopper to remove residual moisture before extrusion. This effectively prevents bubbles, surface defects, and plasticization instability, ensuring stable melt quality and improving the appearance and mechanical properties of the finished sealing strip..
2. Precision Extrusion —— The dried material enters a high-performance single-screw extruder, where it is uniformly plasticized under precisely controlled temperature zones. The optimized screw design delivers stable melt pressure, high extrusion efficiency, and consistent product dimensions for long-term continuous production.
3. Extrusion mold: The melt rubber is continuously extruded through a custom-made mold, which is chrome-plated and polished to ensure a bright surface.

4.Haul-Off —— A caterpillar haul-off unit equipped with stepless speed regulation continuously pulls the sealing profile at a speed precisely synchronized with the extruder output. 5.Automatic Winding —The dual-station winding system features precise tension control. The automatic winding machine produces neat, compact rolls while preventing deformation or twisting of the flexible profile. When the roll reaches the preset length, the system automatically switches to a second winding station, enabling continuous production without stopping the extrusion line.
