1. Conical twin-screw extruder: adopts a special thread design and a cast aluminum temperature control system, achieving efficient plasticization of PVC powder with a temperature control accuracy of ±1℃. Its production capacity ranges from 200-250 kg/h, producing a full range of sheets with widths up to 350 mm and thicknesses from 0.8-1.5 mm, meeting various wall decoration needs.

2. Lamination machine: Adopts four roller calender machine, independent servo synchronous control, combined with an intelligent roll temperature control system, solving the stress deformation problem caused by uneven cooling in traditional sheet materials, and perfectly achieving an integrated design for embossing and lamination.

3. Punching system: use cylinder to drive the punching mold up and down to punch out holes. Eans machine features stable performance, high precision, a compact structure, smooth transmission, simple operation, and low noise. The length calculation uses an encoder as the benchmark to ensure consistent hole spacing.
