Conical Twin Screw Extruder: The extruder is the core equipment of the PVC wall panel production line. It provides strong plasticizing capability and stable extrusion performance, ensuring consistent quality of PVC panels.

Extrusion Mold: The mold determines the shape and width of the PVC wall panel. Different molds can be customized to produce panels of various sizes and designs.

Vacuum Calibration Table: The vacuum cooling system stabilizes the panel shape and improves surface smoothness while ensuring accurate panel dimensions.

Haul Off Machine: The haul off unit pulls the panel at a constant speed to maintain stable extrusion and production continuity.

Cutting Machine: The automatic cutting machine cuts panels to precise lengths with clean and smooth edges.

Laminating or Printing Machine: This unit applies decorative films to the surface of the panels, allowing different designs such as wood grain, marble or solid colors.

Stacker: Automatically collects finished PVC wall panels.

During the PVC wall panel production process, PVC powder is first mixed with additives and then fed into the extruder. After the material melts and plasticizes, it is formed into panels through the extrusion die. The PVC wall panels are then cooled and shaped on a vacuum setting table to ensure dimensional accuracy and a smooth surface. Afterward, lamination or printing, such as applying decorative films like wood grain or marble patterns, is performed. Finally, the PVC panels are stretched and cut to the required lengths.
