PVC Wall Panel Making Machine

PVC Wall Panel Making Machine integrates raw material mixing, extrusion molding, vacuum calibration, cooling, pulling, cutting, and optional lamination or hot stamping processes into one continuous production line.

PVC raw materials such as PVC resin, calcium carbonate, stabilizers, lubricants, and additives are evenly mixed and then fed into the twin-screw extruder. The material is plasticized and extruded through a specially designed mold to form PVC wall panels with precise dimensions and smooth surfaces.

After extrusion, the panels are shaped and cooled through the vacuum calibration table, then pulled and cut to the required length. Optional lamination or hot stamping units can be added to create decorative surfaces such as wood grain, marble patterns, or solid color finishes.

This automated system ensures continuous production, stable quality, and high production efficiency, making it an ideal solution for large-scale PVC wall panel manufacturing plants.
