Description

EANS PVC and UPVC window and door profile production line complete working process follows a standardized and streamlined production flow. This extrusion machine line is capable of manufacturing profiles for sliding windows, casement windows and PVC door frames, covering a full range of common door and window profiles.
Raw PVC materials are precisely proportioned and uniformly mixed before entering the extruder for high-temperature plasticization and homogenization. After extrusion molding, the semi-finished profiles go through vacuum calibration and circulating water cooling to achieve accurate dimension and straightness. The servo haul-off unit ensures stable and uniform traction speed, followed by precise fixed-length cutting. Finally, finished profiles are stacked and inspected, completing the whole automated production procedure.
