Description

The PUR laminating machine is designed to laminate PVC film, decorative paper on surface of PVC board, MDF board, WPC boards, foam boards，extrusive profiles, windowsill profiles and curved profiles by PUR hot melt glue.
It is suitable for all kinds of irregular and large or small surfaces, making the product's surface more beautiful. It can achieve three-sided, four-sided, and all-around coverage of lamination.
Our PUR laminating machine be equipped with automatic profiles feeding system, dust cleaner system, PUR gluing system, glue applying system, automatic film unwinding device and lamination system.

1. PUR Gluing System: PUR hot melt adhesive granules are melted in a melting tank and evenly applied to the back of the decorative film through a precisely controlled coating system. A PLC control system is used to precisely control the PUR adhesive melting temperature and the glue application system.
2. Primer Coating: Pre-coats the profile surface with a primer to improve the adhesion between the PUR adhesive and the profile.
3. Film Roller: equipped with an air shaft and magnetic powder tensioner to ensure the film does not deviate on profiles.
4. Glue Coating System: Evenly apply the PUR adhesive from the hot melt adhesive tank to the profile surface; the coating amount can be controlled by adjusting the blade gap.
5. Lamination Roller: After lamination, the profiles are rolled under appropriate pressure and temperature by one or more sets of pressure rollers (usually with silicone rollers or steel rollers) to ensure a tight, bubble-free bond between the decorative film and the substrate..
6. Protection Film Device: Automatically applies a layer of transparent protective film to the surface of the coated profiles, protect the profiles from scratches during transportation.
