• In the surface treatment stage, nano-wear-resistant coating technology achieves 95% simulation of wood grain/stone/natural stone textures. The surface wear resistance reaches AC5 level, the anti-UV yellowing performance exceeds 15 years, and the formaldehyde emission meets the E0 standard.

Features of SPC Flooring Production Line

• 1. Conical twin screw extruder: the screw and barrel are heated by a cast aluminum heater, cooled by air, and the temperature is controlled by SIEMENS PLC controlling system, precise temperature control system ensures uniform plasticization of SPC flooring, ensures uniform melting of SPC raw materials with a temperature control accuracy of ±0.5℃. The output ranges from 600 to 1000 kg/h, producing flooring blanks with widths of 1050/1830 mm and thicknesses of 2-8 mm, meeting the needs of commercial and residential applications

• 2. Extrusion T die: adopt advanced technology, mould inside chamber surface is chrome plated and polished unto mirror surface. Adjustable upper die lip which can be changed with vertical restrictor bar control, in order to satisfy different thickness of product.

• 3. Four or five-roll calender machine: The precision calendering and locking unit uses dual servo synchronous drives and an intelligent gap adjustment system, solving the problem of mismatched locking in traditional processes. This unit ensures flooring locking accuracy within 0.02 mm, while multi-stage cooling modules control internal stress, resulting in a flatness error of less than 0.05 mm.

• 4. Oil temperature controlling system: Using heat transfer oil as a medium, Uniform heating of the rollers enables precise temperature control within ±0.5℃, better aligning with product processes and meeting the needs of different materials and production. Uniform heating also facilitates better extrusion of the coating layer on the flooring, ensuring product quality, resulting in a robust and reliable product with an excellent appearance.

• 5. Hauling off and cutting machine: precision cutting section uses a fixed-length cutting device to ensure a stable flooring length.

• 6. Automatic lifting machine: Semi-finished SPC sheets are stacked, saving labor and improving production efficiency.
