Extrusion: The homogeneous raw material is fed into the extruder hopper via an automatic feeder. The extruder melts and plasticizes the mixture at a controlled temperature, then extrudes it through a dedicated window profile die.
Molding-Cooling-Cutting-Stacking: The extruded window profiles are formed and sized in a vacuum sizing device, and then cooled on a vacuum cooling table. The traction machine pulls the cooled profiles, which are automatically cut to preset lengths by a sawing machine and stacked on shelves.
