EANS WPC post extrusion machine is a specialized co-extrusion system designed for manufacturing high-strength load-bearing fence posts, pergola posts, solid/hollow pillars, guard railings, outdoor structural columns and outdoor garden building components.This complete WPC column extrusion line adopts mature conical twin-screw plasticizing structure, realizing homogeneous raw material melting and stable continuous extrusion output for hollow & solid WPC column profiles.

The equipment is compatible with customized forming moulds to satisfy diversified size and shape requirements of WPC fence posts and engineering columns. Equipped with original Siemens control parts and ABB drive components, the whole production system maintains stable long-cycle running performance and effectively reduces daily equipment maintenance expenses.

3. Extrusion & Plasticization: The WPC compound is processed by a conical twin screw extruder to achieve uniform plasticization and stable extrusion.
