WPC Louver Wall Panel Lamination Machine

WPC louver wall panel lamination machine is  designed to laminate PVC film, woon grain paper, PVDF films, etc. on surface of PVC boards, WPC PVC panels, PVC louvers, WPC louvers, etc.

WPC louver lamination machine is equipped with pneumatic extension film loader, magnetic powder tensioner, pre-heating device, dust cleaner, glue coating device and laminating system. 

The laminating machine coats the protective film on the panel to improve the strength of the panel and the wear resistance of the surface. The panel is isolated from the outside air to prevent deformation and cracking caused by corrosion, moisture and drying of corrosive gases in the atmosphere, and prolong the life of the panel.

• 1. Automaitc Feeding System: constantly conveys the WPC louver wall panels to laminated to subsequent processes, ensuring continuous material transport.

• 2. Dust Collector: Removes dust and impurities from the wall panel surface before lamination, preventing bubbles and defects after lamination.

• 3. Film Roller: magnetic powder tensioners are used to ensure stable membrane tension during unwinding and winding, and the coating process automatically corrects the coating position. Carries the PVC film/decorative paper roll, working with the tension control system to ensure stable unwinding.

• 4. Glue Tank: Stores the glue required for lamination, providing raw materials for the glue applicator.

• 5. Heating Oven: Preheats the glued film, improving its flexibility for stronger subsequent bonding.

Lamination Roller: Various sizes and shapes of wheels are available, and the direction of the film coating on the wheels is adjustable to ensure that the film adheres to the board at a consistent angle. The core component of the lamination process, pressing the PVC film/decorative paper onto the wall panel surface to ensure flatness and adhesion.
