WPC Decking Production Line
WPC decking production line process starts with raw material preparation and continues through granulation, extrusion molding, cooling and calibration, surface finishing, and cutting. Each step plays an important role in ensuring stable production, accurate profile dimensions, and consistent product quality.
The complete WPC decking manufacturing process is shown in the following flow chart.

1. Raw materails mixing:
The first step is to achieve uniform mixing of wood fiber, plastic resin, and additives in high speed heating cooling mixer. the main materials for wpc decking production line includes: wood powder / wood fiber, PE or PP resin, Calcium carbonate, Lubricants, Coupling agents, UV stabilizers, Color additives(Iron oxide red, carbon black), etc. Mixing ensures uniform material dispersion, stable extrusion performance, and improves slab strength and surface quality.
For customers requiring better material consistency, EANS provides a two-step production process: Mixer → Parallel Twin Screw Granulator → WPC Pellets → WPC Extrusion Line, By adopting this two-step production process, WPC decking manufacturers can achieve better material quality control, more stable feeding performance, higher production efficiency, and easier storage and transportation of raw materials.
3. WPC decking extrusion
The conical twin screw extruder melts and plasticizes the WPC material, then continuously extrudes it through a customized decking mold. The core of the WPC decking production line is the conical twin screw extruder, EANS WPC decking machine use high torque extrusion for high wood fiber content.
4. Surface Treatment
To improve the appearance, durability, and outdoor performance of WPC decking products, EANS provides optional surface treatment solutions, including embossing, sanding, and co-extrusion systems. Embossing unit: The embossing unit creates realistic wood grain textures on the decking surface, enhancing the natural appearance and adding value to the final product. Sanding unit: The sanding unit provides a smooth and uniform surface finish, improving the touch feeling and appearance of WPC decking boards. Co extrusion system: The co-extrusion system applies a protective polymer layer on the surface of WPC decking boards, significantly improving outdoor durability.
