– Extrusion molding is a method in which materials are continuously passed through a die in a flowing state by heating and pressurizing the extruder. By changing the mold, the machine can make the WPC boards with different sections and sizes.
– By changing the screw and barrel, This machine can manufacture indoor WPC board, such as, WPC door profile, PVC louver panel, WPC fluted wall panel, and so on.
– The surface of composite WPC board can be treated by an online/offline wood grain embossing machine and sanding brushing machine, which can make a wooden design on the surface.
