The laminating machine cover film on the panel to improve the strength of the WPC PVC louver panel and the wear resistance of the surface. Application of WPC louver panel lamination machine:
It’s designed to laminate PVC film, decorative paper on surface of PVC board, MDF board, plastic-wood boards. It’s equipped with pneumatic extension film loader, magnetic powder tensioner, Pre-heating device, dust cleaner, glue coating device and laminating system.
The laminating machine coats the protective film on the panel to improve the strength of the panel and the wear resistance of the surface. The panel is isolated from the outside air to prevent deformation and cracking caused by corrosion, moisture and drying of corrosive gases in the atmosphere, and prolong the life of the panel.

Specification of WPC louver panel lamination machine:
(1) Dust Cleaner and Pre-heating Device
It equipped with hose-hair round brush and matches 1pcs dust cleaning blower, the power is 180W.
(2) Unwinding Device
It’s equipped with pneumatic extension film loader and also matches magnetic powder tensioner.
Use Q235 steel to make the wall panel of film loader.
Use casting aluminum to make the conveying film roller.
(3) Transmission Unit
Use rectangular steel tube and cold plate to make the frame and wall cover. The roller’s rods all are chrome plating on surface.
Use Q235 steel plate to make the covers.
Bend 1.5mm thick cold rolled plate to be supporting panel.
Use 45＃steel wrapped with silicon rubber to make the convey wheel.
Use 45＃steel wrapped with silicon rubber to make the pressing rollers.
Use Q235 steel to make the transmission shafts and cross blocks.
It matches 4pcs blowers (each is 700W)
Use 1.5KW RV warm wheel reducer motor as drive power.
(4) Gluing Device and Heating device
It adopts sealed roller coating method for glue coating.
Use 1.2mm thick cold plate to make glue plate and groove, its surface has been electro-plated.
Use Anilox Roller for coating glue.
Use cold rolled plate to make the heating device.
Heating device includes 3pcs IR clamps, each is 400W.
